Establishes the Closed Party Primary Task Force to study the necessary steps to develop a closed party primary election system applicable at the federal, state, and local levels beginning with the 2022 congressional elections.
Requests the Board of Regents and the postsecondary education management boards to adopt a flexible and holistic admissions policy for summer and fall 2020 semesters due to COVID-19.
Expresses the intent of the legislature to allocate $100,000,000 of the local government allocation and $100,000,000 from the state allocation from the CARES Act to small businesses, of which $12,500,000 from the local government allocation and $12,500,000 from the state allocation shall be used for minority and women owned businesses.
