Amends existing law to provide that moneys in the Public School Income Fund and the In-Demand Careers Fund shall be treated as moneys from the General Fund.
Amends existing law to provide that the parent-child relationship shall be terminated if a parent caused a child to be conceived as a result of a sex crime and to provide that the sex offender shall be liable for child support as if still a parent.
Adds to existing law to provide that certain persons and institutions must take reasonable steps to restrict the access of minors in certain instances, to provide for a civil action in certain instances, and to prohibit the use of public facilities and public assets for sexual exhibitions.
