Requires individuals denied a firearm permit or otherwise disqualified from possessing firearms and certain defendants to provide a sworn statement that the individual has disposed of any firearms and ammunition in the individual's possession. Requires the applicable chief of police to search firearm permit and registration records for those individuals before serving a protective order or restraining order involving firearms or ammunition, and to seize any firearms or ammunition that were not disposed of. Requires police to seize firearms and ammunition in domestic abuse cases that are in plain view of the officer or discovered by consensual search.

Requires issuers of Medigap insurance in the State to accept an eligible individual's application for coverage during the open enrollment period. Prohibits issuers from denying the applicant a Medigap policy or certificate or making any premium rate distinctions due to various reasons, including health status. Requires the insurance commissioner to amend or adopt rules accordingly. Effective 12/31/3000. (HD1)

For applications filed on or after July 1, 2023, requires the Public Utilities Commission to render decisions on certain renewable projects, power purchase agreements, and cost recovery applications within one hundred eighty days of the filing of the application and establishes procedures and requirements for the applications. Exempts certain power purchase agreement amendments from the Public Utilities Commission review and approval process in certain circumstances. Requires a public utility requesting an amendment to a power purchase agreement to submit an informational filing to the Public Utilities Commission. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD2)
