As introduced, Bill 26-531 would, for the purposes of the urban farm real property tax credit, permit crops other than produce, remove the option to grow crops directly in site soil, and require that the crops may have only minimal contact with site soil. It would also expand the definition of "crops" to include both produce and horticultural products and clarify the definition of "urban farm".
