This act amends Section 33-5-10, 33-5-13, 33-5-14, and 33-5-17, Code of Alabama 1975, to: (1) increase the vessel registration fees for Class 1 vessels from $18 to $23, for Class 2 vessels from $23 to $28, for Class 3 vessels from $73 to $78, and for Class 4 vessels from $98 to $103, to be deposited into the State Water Safety Fund; and (2) provide that "manufacturer" and "dealer" certificates of registration may only be used for vessels being demonstrated or tested.
